That is not true. Sorry. All this means is that Microsoft has not had an
NT installation certified with networking enabled. Given the problems with
NT networking, I'm not surprised they decided not to go for the gold ring.

The NT resource kit has a utility that puts your system into the same state
as they had their installtion certified under. I recommend you don't try it
on a system you need to get work done on.
