Regarding our "vulture" *feature*:

The vulture feature of EagleNT is configurable as it is for the Unix versions.
There is a file, c:\win32app\raptor\eagle\sg\vulture.runtime (or
%eagledir%\sg\vulture.runtime) that contains an integer value that corresponds
to the number of seconds that the readeagle process will check the process list
and "kill" any none administrator jobs. If you want to turn this feature off
simply put a -1 as the only parameter in the file.

Sorry for the confusion,
