I am looking at the Aug'96 paper copy of Byte: has an article entitled
"Air-Tight Windows NT" which talks about NT's C2 rating. Author is one
Jim Reynolds <reynolds @
 mitre .
 org>, who "was a member of the NSA's Windows NT
eval team." (Yes, NSA as in "No Such Agency".)
