Well, if a staff member costs, say, $75 per hour fully loaded for salary,
benefits, office space, and equipment and spends 40 hours a month using the
Internet, I think the cost of that person using the Internet is at least
$3000 per month. Now, how to calculate the value of any benefit derived
from that expenditure is a bit dicier....
