I've also received requests for this from people which I can't ignore;
except for Compuserv instead of America Online. The business justification
is that many of the vendors which we use have technical bulletins and
assistance on Compuserv. The company wants to move away from modems and we
have an Internet connection so the request is a logical deduction.

I'll take all comments privately.
