Assuming no firewall, just configure AOL version 2.5 or 3.0 software
to use Network Type TCP/IP instead of SprintNet or AOLNet.

If you have a permeable firewall, set up a plug/proxy on port 5190 pointing
at Americaonline.Aol.Com port 5190. Now edit the file
$AOLHOME/ccl/tcpip.ccl to connect to firewall port 5190,
and restart AOL.

If you use SOCKS or some other method supported by WINSOCK/WSOCK32
shims, just install and enable connections to port 5190.
