The Netscape proxy will do proxy-to-proxy, so you can point it at http-gw
and keep you and whoever is pushing both happy.  This gives you the
ability to cache, and do the password access or whaterver stuff the
Netscape code is being pushed for, and not give up the proxy you trust.
