What if it was a KGB mole inside the CIA who was probing the Australian
site? Would it still be a constitutional violation?
What if it was a Swedish hacker using a CIA machine as a staging point for
some attacks. Would it still be a constitutional violation?
What if the probe was done with a spoofed source address and source routes
by a hacker at some German university? Would it still be a constitutional
violation?
