1.  I don't know whether this is the correct site to post my question. My
sincere apologies if I'm wrong; in which case I would appreciate if someone
could kindly point me in the right direction.

2.  We do not have our own Web server here but am thinking about setting up one.
With the recent cases of Web pages being changed by unauthorized parties, was
wondering whether there's anything one can do to prevent such instances from
happening. Would be grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction; such
as where to read up on this, any guidelines on setting up a secure Web server;
etc.

3.  Was also wondering about the weaknesses that led to the break-in for the
other sites. Anyone know about this.
