My apologies if this is duplicate

I received the email asking about mail access from outside a firewall from
outside the Digital firewall using Altavista Internet Software's secure
tunnel technology. Go to Http://altavista.software.digital.com and download
an evaluation copy.

It is a client/server product which authenticates and encrypts (128bit RSA RC4)
everything that goes on between my dynamic ip address (assigned at logon by
my local isp) and the tunnel server at digital.

It works with any firewall and any isp and any application from Lotus Notes
to Intel's internet phone product. A server license is under 1K and the
clients are $89 bucks each. It is a whole lot faster and cheaper than hours
or long distance, and dialin modem lines.

Try it, you'll like it.
