Possible alternate solution:  If you have a spare 386 or better, how
'bout setting up the PC as a Unix server that people can telnet to?
Thus JQuser dials in, telnets to the (minimal) Unix server,
transfers the file with whatever protocol, and disconnects.  The
server could poll for new files and transfer them as appropriate.
