You might try Novell's IPTUNNEL.NLM. It has some bugs but kinda works
with some older NIC's. Don't try to sync your NDS with it though:-)

The NT 4.0 server would have to have software to make the translation
from
IPX to IP. I do not know if there is such a beast for NT.
