Does anyone know how those .gov (DOJ, CIA) sites were hacked?  NFS is the 
only thing I've heard about that is a common problem.  I would like to 
try to prevent this at my site.  Also, any clues why someone would try to 
connect to tcp/21 on a router, other than they are clueless as to what it 
is and what they are doing?
