The Digital (newly renamed AltaVista) Tunneling products will work with any
firewall that supports transparent gateway capability. DEC assigns a
special TCP port number for all tunneled packets (the default value is 6666,
but can be changed to any available value). If the firewall can be
configured to transparently pass that port number, then the tunnel products
will work.
Digital's own Firewall (currently supported under Digital UNIX, NT, and BSDI
UNIX) does have this transparent gateway capability.
Hope that helps.
