On a more serious note, is there a Checkpoint/Solstice Firewall-1 specific
mailing list in existence?
I ask because one of the users collared me in the corridor the other day
and asked if i knew about a vulnerability by which the FW-1 software could
be crashed externally leaving the machine up & wide open (presumably
because IP-forwarding is left on) and the fix had been posted to "the
Checkpoint mailing list". Is this true, or just hot air?
TIA
