there is the proxy news group on msnews.microsoft.com
the CD you have is the release version.... the betas all needed the beta
version of NT (well ish - it really only needed the internet serverices
manager from the beta of IIS 2.0
there is a FAQ that get run around the news group but it is not up to
the usual standard...
