Cylink Secure Frame

-I was wondering if anyone has had experience with Cylink's
 Secure products.

The particular one I was considering is the Secure Frame device 
which encrypts the Frame's payload and is located between the
CSU and the router.

-On an even less related topic, does anyone know of a 
  commercial SSL FTP product?
