I've been asked to install a FireWall on our site,
with a connection to Internet and to dial-up lines
for people with PCs on the go.

I must provide a solution with authentication and encryption
on the fly for the remote PCs (not SSL), but the information i have on
the solutions provided (Checkpoint, Raptor and Gauntlet) is not sufficient.

Is there someone who could explain the pros and cons of the solutions :

     * OS supported for the PCs (Windows 3.11, 95 or NT)
     * installation of software on the PCs (modified PPP, TCP/IP or WinSock
?)
     * performance
     * administration of the crypto keys
     * compatibility with existent software

Thanks.
