Linux has IP Masquerading built in, you have to enable some kernel 
paramters to use it, but it's functional, and co-exists with the ipfw 
packet filtering code.

http://www.xos.nl/linux/ipfwadm  should have all the necessary information,
as well as some examples under the 'paper' link.  Look for Masquerading 
as a section heading.
