Subject: HELP Icon displayed in the system viewer (fwd)

We have a customer running Checkpoint FW1 V2.1 on Sun. Occasionally, the
firewall icon in the system viewer changes from green to the red "Help!"
icon, but the firewall seems to be functioning normally. I know this
icon comes up when the license expires, but that is not the case here. I
also remember hearing that a busy network could cause this problem, but I
have not seen it documented.

The documentation (Sun is the OEM) does not cover this at all. The firewall
log, /var/adm/messages, and /var/log/syslog report no errors. The only
abnormal stat is a high collision rate on the internal interface caused
by nightly backups. Does anyone have a list of possible causes for this
condition?
