Hi-
The 2001 ... ports are used by the async interface ports for ur
modems in a dialup scenario.This is the reverse telnet feature
of Cisco routers to configure the modem for a dialup session.
You can check this up in htttp://www.cisco.com ...
search for modem configuration...will give you the details.
