Subject: Unknown Port Numbers

My problem: I'm trying to tighten security on a couple of SCO V5.0 Unix
boxes and, when executing "netstat -a" I get a several numbered ports with
the (state) as "LISTEN".

Question: How do I determine what service is associated with a port number
and how do I kill the service? The Service names that can be resolved by
netstat are, of course, printed out.

Any help would be appreciated!
