This isn't really a firewalls issue, since you *do* packet filter any
unneeded ports before they reach any NT boxes in your DMZ, right?

But...

I'm running 3.51, but here's what I'd do at this point:

	Bring up Task Manager.
	Click on processes.
	Search through the process list for one accumulating CPU
		time at the rate of 1 second per second.

I'll bet it's a server or subsystem.
