Yeah...strange little ditty. SPI = Security Profile Inspector. It's a
very powerful tool for examination of UNIX networks. Problem is, it's
only available to the US Department of Energy and Department of Defense.
(Or, qualified contractors.) You can check out at least their preview at
http://ciac.llnl.gov/cstc/spi/spinet.html. About the closest I've been
able to get to understanding this tool is to aqcuire the manuals (which
apparently aren't restricted) and are here:
ftp://ciac.llnl.gov/pub/spi/spi.rm.ps.Z.
