FW-1 license

Hi all

I have a question of FW-1 license, does FW-1 2.1 of Solaris version only
license by hostid?

I'd like to build up a standby machine as backup of the production FW-1, if
the license is hostid based, means I have to buy a second license.  If
license is IP address based, I can have it setup and ready to go.  In case
of the production machine is down, just simply tuen it on and plug into the
network.

Any recommendation?
