Looks to me like you're using the wrong mail server. Linux|FreeBSD
and qmail|smail|smtpd+sendmail are your friends. At least you haven't
paid for it. (And if you *did* pay for it, you should get your money
back.)
There's nothing in any of those headers that is illegal.
