I don't know of any off the top of my head, but you should probably check
out one of the auto-socksifiers that are available. That way you can use
whatever FTP client you like best. I would of course recommend ours. :)
AutoSOCKS - run once, transparently socksifies all apps. v4 & v5
SocksCAP - from NEC. Use it to launch your app. Not as transparent as
autosocks. v4 & v5
Hummingbird - Replaces your winsock (ack). v4 only?
