As far as the lawyers are concerned, it is a solution. Preventing a problem
makes too much sense (and can be done by non-lawyeres) and too little money.
Litigation is $$$, no matter which side you are on.

Sorry for an off-topic reply, but I have had nothing but bad problems and a
leaner wallet because of lawyers and lawyer-type thinking.
