Greetings, all:

I have a client that uses FW1 with VPN to communicate between two US sites.
Are there legal issues in using VPN to non-US sites?  I vaguely remember all
encryption being illegal in France (one of the desired sites) and of course
there is the ITAR regulations.  Has anyone successfully exported their VPN?
