List for all types of tools

Building a system administrator, network management, security engineer
toolkit is tough.

Propose that a mailing list be created that addresses the tools on the
market today that can provide network management, network mapping, SATAN
type probing and discovery tools, and products that can assist in
network, system and security management.  This should extend to security
assessment tools such as NetRisk, RiskWatch, Buddy System, etc.

Risk management is a key to providing a safe haven for our users!
