The reason Win95 does this is, because it thinks that you will be dialing in remotely to your LAN based system.  Therefore everything should be the same.  If you want to set up dial up networking to get to another site (ISP) you should set up the TCP/IP setting under the "Dial up networking" menu.  It give you fields to fill in for each individual dial up setting that you create.

Why in Windows 95 when i change the settings for TCP/IP for Dial Up Adapter
, it automaticaly changes the settings for TCP/IP for NE200 card ?

How can i fix that ?
