Hi!

I have had this problem too! This is what you shall do!

Add these lines to your Solaris 2.X (your are running Firewall-1 under
UNIX aren't you?) /etc/system file!

set rlim_fd_max = 4096
set rlim_fd_cur = 1024

Reboot your firewall and I think this will solve the problem!

	Subject:	open files in Firewall-1

	Hello,
When I want to authenticate (user authentication) at the
firewall
(Firewall-1), somethings appears a message in console like
"unable to open
file, too much objects files open".
Do anybody know the problem? Is a problem of the
operating system or the
	firewall software??

	Thanks in advance,

		Juan Carlos.
