I wouldn't go so far to say that it had excellent firewall support.  One
of it's mutually exclusive firewall options is passive mode.  Therefore
you couldn't have proxy authentication *and* passive data transfers.  

The only client I found to do this was WS-FTPPro - not without it's own
quirks either (sometimes it'll persist in remembering your last OTP -
effectively stopping you authenticating a second time). 

I did mail both companies about these problems, but had no response.
