Well you could use a Cisco as component of a firewall, I don't think you
can even say this of Steelhead.  Certainly the final beta didn't let you
filter on port range or on flags, I mentioned this to M$ but don't know if
they fixed this for the final release.  Without this functionality you
can't effectively filter traffic.
