I am currently creating a web page for my company and have included a
javascript to scroll across the bottom of the browser.  I have the
commands in there, but have no idea exactly where to put them and what
section of my page.  I am using frames, so I am sure that has a little
to do with it.  Any idea where I can get some good info on that subjest
and or anyone who can view my page and give me a quick tip as to what is
the problem?
