Philippe, I have yet to see anyone suggest this:  It's all US-based
CRYPTOGRAPHY [above a certain level] that is supposed to have back
doors built in for US criminal investigations.  It is possible that
some government "intelligence" organizations would also have access to
this.  In any case, I agree with everyone else that it's HIGHLY
unlikely that even many, much less all, US OS's have NSA back doors.
