And with SKIP you get both.  Some may argue that it's not ideal, but it is 
freely available, EVEN FREE FROM PUBLIC KEY LICENSING!!!! and it is certainly 
good enough and supports multicasting.  Available today for Solaris, BSD, 
Windows, ... and interoperable -- see the S/WAN testing.
