Well, if you're talking "TCP-wrappers", there isn't anything like that
because WinNT doesn't have a single process like inetd.  (At least not that
*I* know of!)  To accomplish the same thing, you'd have to compile in extra
code to each server process on the WinNT box.  The best way to have the same
kind of results as tcpd would be to put up a firewall in front of the WinNT
box.  Depending upon which firewall you use though, you won't have the same
kind of logging and/or options for sending messages or finger requests out to
the originating host...
