A third 'right' thing is that it should probably send its message to the
address in the From: header. It definitely shouldn't send its message to
any addresses in the To: or cc: headers.
It sounds like this vacation program is deficient in three ways, any one
of which would have prevented all of us from being bombarded with this
message.
