It's unlikely that any ISP would get into protocol filtering - their
job is to provide connectivity. Firewalls would likely block this,
however.

Sorry, I can't resist a comment - one would think that a company as
big as Dupont would be using a secure VPN implementation - single DES
(which is what swIPe is) isn't secure enough these days..
