Cyberguard and Gauntlet

We are evaluating two firewall offerings - Cyberguard and Gauntlet. Does
anyone know of any concerns we should have about either of the products?
Or, does anyone have any technical pluses about either product?  

Besides their core firewall, we also want to interface with a virus
protection product and utilize VPN capabilities down the road. We also
would like to consider using transparent proxies.
