Hava any of the august and most learned members of this list encountered
the SINUS firewall?

It's a packet filter implimented as a linux kernel module, and appears
to be fairly full featured and well implimented, albeit not so well
documented. It's GPL'd, so the source is available for modification (
and investigation for government agency APIs ) and of course the price
is right.
I'm interested in the opinions of others who have used it, or evaluated
it and rejected it.
