I do believe that; list servers are quirky.

But that brings up my point of user education. An educated user should
know that *no mailing list in the world understands remove* (at least
not any that I know of). He/she should have sent "help" and/or
"unsubscribe" to foo-request instead.

These poor users are being brain-washed by the spammers into thinking
that "remove" is a legit command. We should re-brainwash them :-)
