Subject: RADIUS client (off-topic?)

Well, it's authentication. It might be sorta on-topic.

I'm looking for a standalone RADIUS client I can
run from Unix or Windows. Basically, I'd like to not have
to reconfigure some access device to test out RADIUS installs.
Ideally, It would allow me to type in the port numbers, shared
secret, name and password, etc.. on the fly, and give back
exactly what kind of response it got.

Any pointers?
