Step 1 : Get your client to take a break.
Step 2 : Suggest them to go for "treasure hunt". 
Step 3 : When they are back, tell them, this is not the same thing.
Step 4 : Advise them to stop asking for trouble.
Step 5 : Leave the "root" alone.
Step 6 : Watch B&B and get a life...
