I have set it up for clients before. I have also used Firewall 1 v2 and
3. The documentation that is included with Raptor is more than adequate
to get started, I would recomend you sit down and read it thoroughly as
it is very differant to firewall 1.
I would also recomend getting the latest patches from raptors website
and browsing the knowledge base they have there.
The biggest bug is that the scroll bars on some of the GUI's doesnt work
if the caps/scroll or Num lock is on, But that is no problem if you are
aware of it.
I think that Raptor in most instances is far easier to setup and
maintain than Firewall 1.
