You can't alias domains but you can load the same zone file for both domains,
if you use relative names in the zone file.

  ;named.boot
  primary dogbite.net     zonefile
  primary catscratch.com  zonefile

  ;zonefile
  @       in soa ...
  host    a  1.2.3.4
  www     cname host
  ftp     cname host

Now you'll have a host.dogbite.net and host.catscratch.com, etc.
Of course you'll have to register the new domain with the InterNIC.
