Pther firewalls have been eval'ed by NSA and a few have E3 certification
in the ITSEC program in Europe. Milkyway firewalls were certified by the
Canadian DoD and NSA accepted that certification.  Other companies got
evaluated other places before, if ever, getting Canadian certification.
