Hello Cameron,

I've had the same problem. You have to increase the values for 
xslate, conn to make the things work with FTP :

timeout xlate 0:30:00 conn 0:30:00 udp 0:30:00
timeout rpc 1:00:00 h323 1:00:00 uauth 0:30:00
