You can mix and match management server and firewall module. I run the
firewall
modules on Sun Solaris 2.5.1 and the management module on Windows NT 4.0. It
works great.

Further, you can use the Windows 95/NT version of the log viewer and policy
editor to manage a management server that resides on Sun Solaris 2.5.1. I had
that working as well for a while. The Windows 95/NT version of the policy
editor allows printing of the rules. The print out isn't great, but it works.

This is all done with version 3.0a.
